Candace Legg, Ph.D.

I’d like to help you better understand yourself, your circumstances, and your reactions. Sometimes we seek therapy because we're tired of where we are, and sometimes it's because of factors beyond our control. Regardless, we'll work together to help you pinpoint what you need, and to create a life with purpose, meaning, and fulfillment. My primary goal is to get you where you want to be, even if you don’t quite know where that is yet. I will support you in finding your own voice, values, needs, and wants to help you create your most authentic, empowered self.

We will also focus on increasing your awareness of your own patterns, to allow you more flexibility in how your respond to life’s challenges. Difficult, unfair things happen; we can work together to help you process these things and identify ways you can minimize further pain.

While the work is up to you, you never have to do it alone. I'd love to connect and see how I can best support you!
